History
Historians study the peoples, events, ideas, and cultures of the past in order to understand change over time. Doing history is all about delving into primary sources, dropping modern assumptions, and trying to truly understand foreign societies and ideas. It is about finding nuance and understanding, while also being critical and learning from the past.
